CONSEQUENTIAL THEATRE

For the best results, the consequential theatre experience needs to be tailored to our client's organisation.  We conduct research through interviews, focus groups and surveys to:

•  learn about the safety climate and attitudes, 
• identify examples of effective decision making and
• explore events leading to less effective outcomes (e.g., incidents)

The conversations yield the 'hard' issues and organisation dynamics which can be experienced and explored through safely through theatre.

Theatre workshops facilitate discussion and actions across workgroups to change existing safety paradigms.  The workshops are highly interactive where the audience makes decisions and explores different outcomes.

 The workshops are developed in response to the identified safety attitudes and provide a 'safe environment' to bring all groups together.

Workshop participants collaborate to generate a common understanding of the impact of safety decisions enabling more effective individual and interpersonal decision making.

 The changing WHS regulatory environment, together with a surge of new ventures and resource pressures has created an environment where there are gaps in the basic understanding of roles and responsibilities and risk management practices.
